Trough Carrier Idler Garland

Idler garland with the equal length rollers adapt to a wide range of belt width. For example, 450mm roller, two sections can be strung into a V-shaped roller group; Three sections of adaptive belt width 1000mm-1200mm; Four sections suitable for belt width 1400mm-1600mm; Five sections suitable for belt width 1800mm-2200mm; Six sections suitable for belt width 2400mm-2600mm. Rollers with the same diameter and shaft diameter have high service life. For the belt conveyor with large belt width, when the side roll groove angle is 35°, the force on the middle roller is about 70%. Taking the belt width of 2200mm as an example, the service life of an ordinary three-section idler set with a scaffolding type is half that of a five-section garland idler set with a medium roll length of 800mm, compared with that of a five-section idler set with a medium roller length of 600mm.
