The device utilizes an advanced Battery Testing System which will be able to accurately measure cell parameters including AC internal resistance and open-circuit voltage. Test data accuracy is guaranteed through the capabilities of high-resolution OCV Tester. The equipment is extremely automated utilizing hopper feeding with low-material indicators that signal when the machine is low on testing material, allowing for continual production. The upper-level machine software commands the sorting through an automated process that will accurately grade and group the cells into 10 grades efficiently based on the performance of the cells.
